Error : Could Not Initialize Photoshop Because the Disk Is Not Available

This error is most probably due to the fact that you’ve changed your primary scratch disk in the Preferences menu of Photoshop.

1.
Exit Adobe Photoshop CS2.
2.
Go to the Finder menu, open the new / secondary hard disk to which you set the scratch disk.
3.
Then go to the File menu and then select the Get Info option
4.
Select the Ignore ownership on this volume option.
5.
Click the Close button.
6.
Open Adobe Photoshop CS2 again.
